The nativity scene of Puerta de Toledo and Príncipe Pio, as well as the Viaduct of Segovia Street and the accesses to the Plaza Mayor, have been added to the traditional nativity scene.
The Christmas lights of Madrid and its history
As for the designs of the lights, they are already classic those made by designers such as Teresa Sapey, Purificación García, Ben Busche, Victorio & Lucchino, Adolfo Domínguez and Sergio Sebastián. Noteworthy among the novelties is the large luminous ball of 12 meters in diameter and 43,000 lights that is installed at the junction between Alcalá and Gran Vía streets, opposite the Metropolis building just a few steps from L&H Hotels.
